iBright Launch Campaign

Thermo Fisher Scientific launched a new instrument that helps protein researchers quickly analyze protein data in an affordable benchtop unit. RS+K helped create both the pre-launch and launch campaign.

Facebook

Three teaser videos were pushed out via Facebook to encourage engagement. They
produced record-setting views in the first month and brought significant traffic to the website.


Online and print brochure

The brochure explains the instrument technology, features, benefits and excellent data produced in detail.

Email

Emails were sent to existing MyECL customers and new customer base via list acquisition and Google ad strategy. Views to the email tripled the previous product launch campaign.

Demo shell

In lieu of product development timing, RSK designed and produced a folding prototype of the instrument to help sales people present capabilities to customers in labs around the world. An ipad was inserted with a digital presentation and software interface simulation.

System brochure

A 16-page brochure was printed and made available on line to present the entire capability set of the instrument and illustrate remarkable data it can produce.

Overview video

An overview video presented a high level production piece to showcase iBright’s amazing speed and capability for image analysis.

How-to videos

These videos expanded the story showing techniques for capturing, exporting and analyzing images.There were a record number of views within weeks of deployment.

Digital animations

A banner ad campaign was developed and placed with ladder animations to engage customers with depth of data obtained on the new instrument. The animation was also used on email signatures and Facebook pages.

Animated emails upgrade story

Emails encouraging an upgrade to the new instrument employed “swap” animation that encouraged scientists to gain greater capability over the instrument they currently have.
